If the first episode is any indication, I’m going to love the High Resolution podcast about design. Check out my sketchnote about their interview with Airbnb‘s Katie Dill. I love the way she simplifies organizational success as, first, being underpinned by trust and culture, and then relying on collaboration and iteration to innovate. I’m late to the Design Thinking party, but agree that we need to bring these ideas into education in a deeper way.
